Minecraft – Skull blueprints

Please read before building. Design for the skull. The green is the teeth, I used sand. I used this as a house for a while, entering using a ladder behind the jaw and entering in the middle of the room above. I left that out. Finished: www.youtube.com Each numbered image represents a vertical layer. Layer one being the lowest, two on top of that, etc.

I’m actually planning on making these huge skulls in my world… bury em a lil bit n let them have an ” empty head” so monsters will spawn inside… n crawl out of the mouth.. eyes… etc. :> now i just gtta find the right blueprints :D

and i’ve made a redstone contraption with pistons so that the pistons push the theet back and lava pours out of his mouth

  3. playme3000 says:

It looks nothing like a skull don’t even try to build this

terrible. absolutely terrible, please don’t build it before looking at the photo of it, you will be immensely disappointed. just a few more blocks to make it look a bit more rounded like an actual skull would have been the work of 5 minutes and massively beneficial.

Not easy to build from scratch by any means, but I would recommend partially copying the yogscast skull (not saying which episode, just watch them all!), and improvising upon that general template, mine took an hour and its awesome

@TRAWTF You have to start with the last picture i think, and work your way to picture 1.

When i finished building this i thought to myself ” wtf it looks like s**t” So i rebuilt it with iron blocks for the skull itself and gold blocks for the teeth. Now it looks awesome.

  8. keyser66guitarist says:

Yeah i built this completely accurately according to the schematic and it looks awful

  9. TRAWTF says:

I don’t understand. I placed every layer on top of each other, vertically. and the end result was complete nonsense. I figured that where the image is on the picture – that’s how I should add it on another layer, and that’s how I did it. Any help, anyone?

This makes for a great Nether portal when made out of Netherrack and lava flowing from it’s eyes…And of course some of the Netherrack lit on fire, etc.

  12. machette93 says:

  16. MrVietmonkey says:

This is great but do you mean horizontal layers?

  17. mrsuperduck says:

I built this in a Public Server I’m in and everyone LOVES it. I modified it a little, hollowed out the inside, opened up the eyes a little, put some ladders inside, and made it Lookout point near the top of the land. Thx for the great design!

  18. mrsuperduck says:

@sirsmokesalot1984 idk what you’re talking about, I built it and it looks freakin FANTASTIC.

  19. sirsmokesalot1984 says:
